Drew Smith

Drew is a celebrated author and 'food expert'. Not that this claim is in any way unfounded. For more than 2 decades Drew has successfully written extensively about food, as Guardian columnist for 10 years and editor of what was then the UK’s most influential restaurant guide The Good Food Guide. His latest book is  'Oyster a world history' with many titles in between and increasingly a specialist on the web.

From wikipedia: 'Drew Smith was one of the pioneering critics who led the British food revolution and coined the term Modern British Cooking. He is credited with discovering many of the current generation of notable chefs including Marco Pierre White, Sally Clarke and Raymond Blanc and also giving young writers a chance notably the Independent's first food writer Jeremy Round.'
